Ceramic-based fireproof coatings

Ceramic-based fireproof coatings are high-temperature resistant, thermal penetration-proof, flame-retardant and ceramic-insulating materials, which can be used to enhance the fire safety of lithium battery packs. The LiB-C coating is a ready-to-use, water-based, intumescent fireproof ceramic coating that can be applied by brush or airless spraying to prevent flame from spreading along the coated substrate. In case of fire, the substrate with the coating will show stronger protective performance.
