The fireproof heat-absorbing felt is specially designed for high-temperature and severe fire exposure conditions, and is produced from special engineering fiber cotton and heat-absorbing materials. The fiber felt is combined with phase-change heat-absorbing materials, which release chemically bound water at high temperatures to delay temperature rise and gain precious rescue time. The material has the characteristics of fireproof, flame-retardant, heat-insulating, soft and cuttable, good resilience, low thermal conductivity, heat shock resistance, etc., and meets the UL94-VO standard.
● Exclusive phase-change material technology: Significantly delays temperature rise by releasing chemically bound water at high temperatures, and mitigates smoke toxicity and flame spread through special smoke-suppressing fillers.
● Ultra-thin flexible design, freely cuttable and bendable, suitable for high-energy-density and complex application scenarios.
● Ultra-high temperature resistance of 1260°C/1430°C, capable of withstanding thermal runaway high-temperature projectiles without being penetrated.
● No powder shedding, ready for direct use, saving extra packaging costs.
